The process

We have a very clear roadmap of how we activate our team to meet your brand’s audio-visual needs.

1 — Initial meeting

Initial Meeting
At our first meeting, we want to get to know you and your brand. We’ll sit down over coffee (our treat) and have a conversation about your vision for your video. We want to understand what message you want to communicate and what goals you hope to achieve with your video content. From there, we’ll work with you to develop a strategy and start brainstorming creative ideas. We’ll also discuss non-negotiable elements that must be included in the video.
2 — Conceptualise

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision and goals, our executive producers will develop a topline brief outlining the key elements of the production. This will help clarify any additional expectations you may have and ensure that we’re on the same page. We’ll then provide you with a written quote that outlines the production process and associated costs, so you have a clear idea of what to expect and can budget accordingly.

3 — Approval

When you’re happy with our proposal, you can give us the green light to start working on the project. We’ll begin the pre-production planning process, where we’ll discuss the business purpose for the video, core messages, locations, interviewees, supporting video (also known as b-roll), motion graphics, audio needs and the shooting schedule. Once we have a plan in place, we’ll schedule our shoot days and get to work creating your video content.

4 — Production

During the production phase, our team will be on set capturing all the footage we need to bring your story to life. Depending on the scope of the project, we may need one or more days to complete the filming. Our crew typically includes a Director / Producer, a Camera Operator / Director of Photography, a Sound Technician / Lighting operator, and a Runner.

We’ll also capture supporting footage (B-roll) to complement the interviews and add depth to the story. After filming is complete, we’ll move into post-production, where our editors will work their magic to bring your vision to life.

We’ll take the raw footage and transform it into a polished final product, complete with scriptwriting, editing, motion graphics, and color grading.

We’ll work closely with you throughout the post-production process, making revisions and finalizing the video until it meets your expectations.

Finally, we’ll deliver the final file to you in a format that meets your specifications.
